12 x 3 minute rounds following the same format as the highly successful and rated #1 in the UK for online classes, ‘BOX12 online workouts’. The format is 6 rounds repeated twice, consisting of shadow boxing and bodyweight exercises. Ideal for anyone of any age and level to engage and take part in a new and varied style of fitness.
